I would like to set-up Two Factor Verification for login to Comcast email. I went to setting and entered my cell number and my Comcast email address. I only have a Comcast email address. I keep receiving the error message: "That email address is already in use on another account." Is it possible for Comcast to assist in re-setting? How do I setup Two Factor Verification?
The requirement is to set up a non-Comcast email for a recovery option. This is to prevent account lock-out. If you for instance change your phone number, you can request the code to be sent to an email that is NOT the comcast.net account you can't get into.
