What does "temporary failure" mean? My emails are being returned from someone who says they are getting other emails but this message keeps coming back.

I found out the answer to my own question. The one I sent the email to never deletes her messages
so it grew to so many in the last 3 years it would not accept any more. Once she started deleting the messages were received.
