Strange account name

Why, regardless of what browser I use (IE11, Edge, Mozilla FireFox), when I log into my Xfinity account, for the first 1 to 2 seconds, does the word “Kick” appears in the upper right name field? It then changes to my first name, as it should. This happens with both primary and secondary account log-ins.
