Stop valid e-mail from being marked as spam

I need to build a whitelist for my Comcast’s web e-mail account.  I need this for a weekly newsletter which keeps on being placed in the Spam folder, no matter what I do.  I could not find any advice from Comcast for this issue.  I found an old post here with this same question dating from 2017 and the only advice was to "keep making the e-mail 'not spam,'" which I have been doing for several months without any effect. How can I keep this newsletter from being marked as spam?

Hello, Read the posting in the link and have been putting my sender's email addresses in my address book.  They still end up in the Spam Folder.  Any further suggestions as how to prevent them being marked as Spam? Has Comcast made any changes to their Spam filter or an improved whitelist option.

@user_0b2a4a Putting an address in your Address Book doesn't guarantee that those emails won't end up in your Spam folder.  Have you been marking these emails as not spam?  It takes a while to train the filters so that those emails won't end up in Spam.  Understand, though, that if these are "commercial" addresses, other people may have identified their emails as spam.
