Why do emails I continually mark as NOT SPAM keep going to my spam folder? These are emails I have been receiving for years in my inbox and now they get marked as SPAM.
There are a lot of things that can cause what you are describing, including that other people with Comcast email are marking them as spam. It can take time and a lot of markings to try to get it right. If it persists, call Comcast security and see if they can tweak your account for those senders--------------
