Spam folder

I can't get to my spam folder. What is wrong with the settings? I've tried everything,!!

How  are you accessing your email?  If with a browser and the webmail UI, can you not see the folders in the left pane of the Inbox page?

I can. But spam folder is not listed as a folder. I don't understand it. There are just four folders: inbox, something else, voice, and dialer.

I  can't see whatever it is you are looking at, so I'll ask again-------------how are  you accessing your email?  With only a browser and the webmail UI on a computer, or an email app on a tablet or phone, or a desktop email client like Outlook or Thunderbird?
