Spam filters still working poorly
By when is Comcast going to provide better spam protection? The current spam filters are miscategorizing legitimate emails as spam. In spite of what we are told, it is not learning well. Some of these emails are from government offices or known entities like e-Trade. The spam filter ignores one's Address Book and dumps emails from one's contacts into the spam filter willy-nilly. This has been ongoing for almost a year.
By when will this be fixed? All other threads on this topic have been closed in spite of the problem still haunting Comcast customers. At least provide us with an unassailable white list option so that we don't have to constantly go online to correct lame spam filter errors.
