Some emails are not getting delivered to my recipients

My Emails to certain recipients are not being received.  I have problem-solved with them - they are not going to spam or being filtered out.   They all have to do with a particular set of email addresses for a non-profit I work with.  When I try to forward them to other email addresses, sometimes the person I forward to receives them and sometimes  they don't.   Any suggestions?

Looks like its getting caught up in the spam filter. When you send emails, do they by chance have any kind of website links, phone numbers, or addresses on it? feel free to PM me an example of an email and i can look into this for you further.

Yes and no.  Sometimes they are included and sometimes not.  I do not use facebook so am not familiar with "PM me".

Personal identifying information can include:
  • Full name
  • Address
  • Email address [any]
  • Phone number
  • Account number
