Same thing happened last Thursday through Saturday - my primary email account is working, but the one I use the most, the secondary email account, is not downloading email from the server - both accounts have identical settings, so it's not the in/out ports or server names that's causing this problem. Below is the error message Winmail is giving me. Have a second recurring problem too - keep losing access to Comcast's DNS servers (are problems related?) 2nd attachment shows what Win10 Troubleshooter found. In these times of COVID when we must work from home these kinds of disruptions in service are unacceptable!
Oh great - now I can't even get to my email via a web browser, get an error msg "this service is not available right now" - will a Comcast rep PLEASE respond to this thread and tell me what the heck is going on with the email servers?!?
