Secondary Email Missing Since 3/19/20

My secondary email has stopped loading as of 3/19/20.  When I login to Xfinity to access my email, I get error message "the entered credentials or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted by provider.  Please change them."

AND

"Validation of server imap.comcast.net failed due to invalid credentials."

Please help.  Thank you.

@2pnuts have you done as the error suggests and change your password on xfinity.com?

@2pnuts can you try logging in via xfinity.com for me with that account? I can confirm that you have not changed the password on the account. You should be greeted with a message requesting you to change your password as soon as you log in through the website. Again, this has to be done through xfinity.com, not the email client you are using.
