Are you using Comcast's webmail site, or an email program or app? What device (phone, tablet, computer)? IOS, Android, Mac, Windows, or *nix? Any error messages? If webmail, what browser are you using? The more details you can provide, the better.
Using xfinity.com e mail. Using an I-pad. No error messages. Not sure what browser. This problem just started recently. When I touch the e mail to try to scroll, it goes blank.

I’m having that same problem, using IPad. Sometimes if I hide ads the problem goes away, but it always comes back
