Saving Old E-mails and attachments

How would I save these emails and attachment (thus moving them from comcast to my computer)?  Thanks.

The best route would be to use a destop email client like Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail or something similar.  Depending on how many emails or attachments you are talking about, you could also save individual emails by clicking on the "More" icon in the header, then saving the message as a .eml file, or several as a zip file to the computer.  You  can also download the attachments to the computer.
