For the past two or three weeks I have found some email is not being delivered to my inbox, most email is being received. My spouse (also on comcast.net) has received the emails I am missing and the address in the email is correct. I have no filters set and spam filtering is disabled. I've received emails from these senders previously. Some of the missing emails are critical to me which is how this issue was discovered.
I've spent nearly 3 hours getting to agents who end up forwarding me to the wrong people who put me back into the queue, dropping my call, or forwarding me to a closed department.
Did you ever get a solution? I have one address from which I get emails that sometimes go to my inbox, sometimes to my spam folder and sometimes never make it into my comcast email. I've been talking to comcast for almost 2 weeks (4 different people) and the most recent solution from the 'advanced' tech guy was to create a filter. However I have read that the spam and blacklist filtering occurs before the filter I create.
