What happened to the 'retrieve' feature on your email service?

It was like a squiggly arrow next to the text symbols.  It's suddenly vanished after Xfinity 'improved' their email format.

You know when you are typing an email and, oops, you push the wrong key and the email is lost?  Well, the 'retrieve' arrow does just that - retrieves the lost email.  Why this has been removed is a mystery!  They used to have colored folders which were very useful but they got rid of that feature and, so far, I've seen no improvement even though they keep saying so.  Outlook stinks; the best email service was Windows Live.
