Retrieval mail message

Comcast, I thought your email was bad with constant slow loading, endless refreshing to get new messages but now I open my mail app and I get a load bar that says retrieving email.

Im on the verge of switching all my contacts out of your server and go with anyone else. Whoever is in charge of your email design should be terminated. This is awful!!!

How are you accessing your email?  
Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.
