Remove Gmail Folder

Where is it you're seeing that 'gmail' message?  On what device, what email app?  Did you have a gmail email account added to your email client?  Can you delete/remove that email account?

I can not do what you suggest.  I can only add sub folders or delete files> There is no delet file option!

A private message like this does not assist other users that may be looking for the same answer.

The sxxx@gmail,com is below my regular account and files on my principal Xfinity email account.  No I can't delete it  I can't wait 60 minutes on the phone phone  and for some  tech to answer.   Up the priverbal creek

If you log into Xfinity email online at  https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net/ and select the Gearbox icon upper right and Settings, do you see your gmail account like I see my second email account?

Just sent in my first post about the same issue ; glad to find that i'm not the only one and even more glad to find an answer that hopefully will work. Thanks.
