Receiving Internal Server Error when sending emails with attachments
Error: An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
Attachment was a .JPG file that was ~16.0 MB in size. The limit specified is 25 MB. How do we address this issue?

Resize the photo so the file size is smaller.

My apologies for appearing to be rude. I am just frustrated in dealing with these issues. I thank you for your suggestion and will continue my research. Have a good Holiday as well!!

There are lots of reasons it could now be failing, including the limit on the receivers side. However, the 25MB limit includes all headers and anything in the body of the email along with the attachment.
FWIW, I always resize my photos. AND, I'm not an employee. I'm a customer like you are, and there is no reason to be rude to me or anyone else on the Forums. I offered a suggestion. That's all.
Have a good holiday.

If the limit specified is 25 MB, why is a 16 MB size now failing? I used to be able to send 23 MB files and now can not! Resizing the .JPG file is not a resolution. It is a copout and being unsupportive of the Customer.

I am having this very issue and have had it for over a year now. ANY resolution to this? I can't attach ANYTHING without "server error" popping up at me... I have had to use my work email or another email (gmail/yahoo) to get it to send just fine without issues.... COME ON XFINITY.... fix the problem already...
