With a desktop or a laptop, use a web browser to access https://connect.xfinity.com/, or an email program like Outlook or Thunderbird with the settings shown on https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-client-programs-with-xfinity-email.

You can also use the Windows 10 Mail app that comes bundles with Windows 10.  It's in the list of programs in your Start menu.
