Printing Comcast Email

For the past several months, when I get an email that I want to print, if it is more than one page, it will only print the 1st page.  To print the rest, I need to make what wasn't printed visible on my screen.  It will then print what is shown.  If it's a very long email, I have to show each part in order to print the rest of the email.

I have chatted several times with people at comcast.  No one can seem to help.  Has anyone else had this problem?  If so, have you been able to solve it?  

Does anyone know what I should do to resolve this?

How are you accessing email, client or website?  How are you initiating a print, right-click print or drop-down option?

My stupidity!!!  I never noticed the print icon before.  So I never used it until just now.  It works!!  It lets me print as many pages as the email has, and gives me the option to print only the pages I need.

 

Thank you all for helping an 80 year old.  I should have asked my grandson before bothering you.
