Paypal Emails

Over the past week all emails from Paypal are not arriving into my inbox, and they're not in my spam folder. Paypal says they are being sent, and comcast must be blocking them. Is there any way to resolve this? I need to receive those paypal emails for my business.

Call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue for that domain--------------

I was just coming to question this as well. I need those confirmation email to match with my bank statement. I have other problems with comcast email service as well, but have pretty much given up on their services ...... almost useless

No, it is not resolved because I just used PayPal and received NO email confirmation!

Yes, ONE did from 4 days ago... I have 3 missing still. I have done nothing to my paypay account as far as changes. I have had trouble with my comcast emails for a while, this is just the latest and newest problem

@ladidi4 you may want to check any filters you have set up for PayPal specifically. Server shows email delivered to your inbox for a payment confirmation.

well the server shows.... 3 emails so far today from paypal to your inbox. I do also see an email sent to you with subject "New email address added tyour PayPal account" a few days ago. Even though you yourself made no changes, its possible someone may have comrpomised your account and made them for you. Please check all your settings and communication preferences. I am confirming in server logs that paypal is delivering you emails directly into your inbox. If you are not getting them, its a user sided setting. Also try checking your trash and/or "recover deleted items" in the trash to see if any of the paypal emails are in there. If there is a filter removing them, you will still see them in there and even if someone is deleting them, they should go in there as well... unlesss they also deleted them from the "recover deleted items" section. If you do end up finding them in there - please change your password and see if the issue continues to happen.

I have finally gotten all  of the ones I was expecting. Albeit, they were very slow. As for anyone else deleting them, I am the only user on this computer. NO ONE ELSE.
