Outage?????

I have not been able to send or receive emails for a week now. I’ve called 4 times and went to the Xfinity store. Their only answer is that there is an “outage” with no time frame as to when it’s going to be fixed. However, the other two email addresses on my account are not experiencing these problems. What gives??

What happens when you try to send? Any error messages? What web page address, program, or app are you using? Does webmail at https://connect.xfinity.com/ work?

 

If using a program or app, do the settings match the ones at https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-client-programs-with-xfinity-email?

I have had Comcast for years and have not changed any settings. I’ve tried both Safari and Google Chrome and my iPhone. Tried a different computer. Using their website. When I open it I get the message “ we’re sorry. It looks like something went wrong. Please try again in a moment“. Same message when I try sending. On the left sidebar there are NO folders (mail, sent, etc.)
