Opening attachments

Since downloading the update on 7/16/20 to version 1.53.0 I am unable to open any kind of attachment. I get an error stating “the file couldn’t be saved’. Please help!

I'm using an iPhone XR.  I just updated the app Xfinity connect about a week ago.

Try deleting and reinstalling the app as suggested in this earlier thread.
