Not receiving some emails

I have had several people say they have sent me emails and I have not received them. They missing ones I am aware of are as follows: One was replying to my email, another was a MailChimp account one from use.startmail.com and another was from a gmail account. They're not in my spam account and they were showing as sent on the senders side.
