OK, I said was resolved because you said it would be in an hour. It's been SEVERAL hours and her e-mails are STILL not coming through. How the heck did they get marked as spam in the first place??????

they were monitored spamming a large number of comcast.net users about goods. Users in return reported the sender as spam and they were blocked for sending spam.
No, they were NOT! She is my best friend. We e-mail often to each other. Now I get NOTHING from her. This has NOT been resolved. How do I fix this aggravating issue??"??
I wrote about this several days ago and it was to be fixed "within an hour". I know times are tough but I think I've been patient enough. Her emails are NOT spam. Please fix this issue SOONER!!!
@ComcastCSAEmail - The fix did not work - please see additioanl posts - HOTMAIL is still block and other domains hosted thru Office 365 and OUTLOOK.COM are being dropped or blocked as well.
@ComcastCSAEmail@smadsen33052 There are multiple threads including one I created 4/4 with this as a current issue - a search shows this is a larger problem - I have an opened a ticket and am fighting my way through the support chain but it is difficult because each time I have to prove it is not a desktop or settings issue. I am in the fortunate(?) position of being able to test this end to end an it is not just HOTMAIL but EVERY DOMAIN I have tried which is sourced from the Microsoft world - Messages with delivery and read receipts show that they are being delivered to the relay servers but never get to the addressee - PLEASE do what you can to make this a priority as it is a much larger issue than is indicated in this thread so far.
The issue is not resolved for anyone I have been in touch with - in fact there are more posts on the forums showing up with this and issues similar with other domains... see here
The error clearly states that the messages was accepted by Comcast servers but somehow they fail to deliver it to the receipient.
A few emails made it through yesterday (4/5/20) for a couple hours and now they aren't coming through again. I have not changed anything on my end. This is an Xfinity issue. Please fix.
Here is a work-around if you want to implement it. It will allow the email to be delivered to your SPAM folder but it will also all the other spam that comcast blocks correctly to also show up.

@smadsen33052 they are being blocked from sending to us and flagged as spam. I've cleared this up and should go into effect in approximately an hour.
