I have noticed a problem where I am not recieving emails from a specific website, even though I recieve those emails when sent to a gmail account. My spam settings appear to be correct, as I have read that this is not a novel issue.
I have seen that @CCAntiSpam has helped with this problem before, though I'm not sure if that is still relevant todya. I'm just having trouble getting in contact with someone who can actually help me out.

Try calling Comcast security. They are the ones who handle blocking issues--------------
