Not receiving emails from certain senders?

I am not getting emails from certain addresses including: 

 

mgesper@customdecks.com

 

what is the problem?

Looks like they are being blocked due to a high volume of complaints our server has received. This should clear up within an hour.

Ok- I haven't been able to get them from that address in over a month though?

I haven't been able to get messages from that email in over a month. Please advise

right, because other comcast.net users with a mix of global blacklists have said that they are a malicious sender. The domain could have reached out to us via postmaster.comcast.net, but chose not to. Instead you were forced to contact Comcast about it. Like i said above, they should now be able to send email to our servers again. Please do note that if there are continued complaints from other receiving comcast.net accounts, they will be filtered/blocked again and they may want to sign up for our FBL(Feedback Loop) and ensure they are compliant with the Can Spam Act.
