Not receiving email

A medical provider has been sending me emails to allow me to connect to their patient portal.  They have sent the invitation at least 3 times and i have received nothing. There is nothing in my junk mail and I don't have any filters set.

Call Comcast security  and see if there is a blocking issue for that sender's domain------------

@Mjimsr feel free to also PM me the details of the emails you are having issue with. (what email the notices/invitations are coming from and where they are supposed to be sent to). I can take a look into this for you.
