Not receiving email replies and possibly other emails to my comcast account
My comcast email account is used for business. I have had this Comcast email account for twenty years. In the past two weeks, I have not received many replies to my sent emails, through various domains, both government and personal. I also have not received emails I sent to myself from another non-Comcast account to test the system. Fortunately, my boss is cc:ed on all of my emails and we have caught this issue.
I contacted Comcast yesterday twice and was helped through various remedies with no results. Finally the Comcast representative ran the issue up to her supervisor and told me Comcast knows of this problem, and others have also complained, but couldn't give me a timeline for fixing. Not acceptable. If this issue is not fixed in the next couple of days, I will be forced to use Gmail or another domain as my business contact email.
