Not receiving email from one certain domain only

I cannot receive email from one certain domain.  I have called several times to Custoer Security Assurance department - on hold for countless hours and then I'm just given a new reference # and the runaround.  Nobody ever calls back and nothing is resolved.  I am told they keep escalating and give me another reference #.  I did have this same problem once before, was able to speak with the approprite person while on the phone and problem was resolved the same day.  I have the reference # from that day, as well as all the new #'s, but nobody seems to be listening.  Can anyone help get this corrected for me?

I tryed to send you a private message twice.  After typing quite a lengthy explanation (twice), it just left the screen.  I'm not sure if you're getting it or not.  Can I just send you my email address via P.M. so we can get this resolved?  Thanks!

Do the Comcast Employees work on a daily basis

I've sent a few P.M.'s as requested, but not sure if they're being received.  Do they work every day, or just intermittently?  Thanks for the info.

Our Official Employees do not work 24/7 - they do get days off.  ComcastTambrey will respond to your PM as soon as possible.  Please be patient.

Thank you very much for responding.  Wasn't trying to rush anyone, just wasn't sure if my messages were getting through as this is the first time I've ever used P.M.'s and since problem was fixed the same day I had it before, I thought it would be taken care of already - but I will certainly wait patiently because I certainly do not want to call customer security assurance department again, as they have already given me 3 new reference #'s and keep saying they will escalate and someone will call, but they never do and I really need this problem corrected - so, patient I will be.  Hope I didn't give you the wrong impression by asking my question.  Thanks...

Locked Posting

What does it mean when a post is locked.  I had asked a question.  Someone aswered me and I tried to explain why I had asked my question, but does a locked posting means that they did not see my reply?  Sorry, but I'm a novice at this.  I got the feeling that I had offended someone when that certainly was not my intention,  but I would hope that people would realize that not everyone is computer savy.  I'm only trying to get a resolution to my problem.  Thanks.
