Not receiving a certain email

I am trying to reset a password for an online account and the email is not coming. It is also not in Spam. I have added the contacts they suggested and set rules to keep the emails, but they are not arriving.

Call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue for that sender's domain--------------
