I'm not getting any important emails about my service. Particularly when they choose to take money or charge my account. The emails after a service call do not appear if the call was negative or had to be escalated. I have received no emails to my Comcast email box about transactions. However I received tons of spam advertisements on a daily. I have opted for them to stop sending them and they still do.
@Cfarmer34 you have disabled all notifications for your account. If you wish to get notices for payment past due, payment processed, payment due, etc. you will have to enable them in My Account under Settings and "Manage Communication & Ad preferences".
do you also recall how long ago you opted out from receiving emails from Xfinity? Depending on which system you requested removal from depends on how long it can take. Feel free to PM me an example of an email(with source headers) you received that you opted out of.
