If they were previously sent, they will need to be resent. Additionally, I would suggest altering your user settings to ensure your spam folder is enabled and set to save a copy.

I still haven't recieved the emails I am trying to get from work.  I get emails from my outlook client but not from my order management system - even if I use my sender email address in place of the usual system email address.  Please help.
