I am not able to get email from a friend. She uses Microsoft as her email provider. I do not get emails from her after she replies to emails I've sent here. Also, no emails are received when she originates the email. Here emails do not land in the Spam folder.
Here emails do not show up in my Mac Mail or online at comcast web mail portal.
No rules are in set to deal with her email.
She has no problem sending emails to other people. I was once able to receive her email.
Any suggestions on what is causing this issue is appreicated.

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful, so you may need to be persistent and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
