Not Receiving Any Email

As of about 4 days ago, I have not been able to receive any emails. I can get into my accout. I can send emails. I have myself emails & that shows them being sent but I still do not RECEIVE them. Anyone else having this type of problem?? I cannot even get in touch with anyone in customer service. The chat with support is just computer general answers. Help!!

@TerryJ124 you had email forwarding enabled, i processed a disable and let me know if any new emails appear in your inbox.

it was a generic gmail.com account that anyone can create for free
