Not Getting emails froma domain

I am not recieving emails from the domoan  "@inbox.kaymbu.com"

 

PLease correct thiis ASAP

Did you check to see if they are going to the Spam folder?  If not, you need to call Comcast security to check on blocking issues for a domain--------------------------

I called, they are not much help, they will open a "help Ticket" and call me back.  I'll hold me breathe.
