Not Getting Email

I have for over 6 years now received an email daily from Zulily.com.  Now all of a sudden they are saying my email is undeliverable?  Can someone tell me how to fix this!!

@poopazoopa I've searched the domain in our server logs and show no issues with them being able to deliver to comcast.net. Since they confirmed receiving an error for "undeliverable" they should be able to get the specifics of why its undeliverable as it sounds like an issue where they are trying to send and their own server bouncing back an error. If it is our server, the actual error codes would be useful from the error as they would indicate the exact issue. Please feel free to PM me with any further details you may have

Hello,
I am having this same problem where Zulily.com is claiming that my email is undeliverable. When attempting to send an email to support, I receive an auto response from the postmaster saying "zulilymail.egain.cloud couldn't confirm that your message was sent from a trusted location."

The below information was also included:

Reported error: 550 5.7.23 The message was rejected because of Sender Policy Framework violation -> 550 The sender did not meet Sender Policy Framework rules. Please see http://spf.pobox.com

This error occurs when Sender Policy Framework (SPF) validation for the sender's domain fails. If you're the sender's email admin, make sure the SPF records for your domain at your domain registrar are set up correctly. Office 365 supports only one SPF record (a TXT record that defines SPF) for your domain. Include the following domain name: spf.protection.outlook.com. If you have a hybrid configuration (some mailboxes in the cloud, and some mailboxes on premises) or if you're an Exchange Online Protection standalone customer, add the outbound IP address of your on-premises servers to the TXT record.

Apologies if I should be creating a separate thread for this as this one is nearly a year old now, but thought this may be helpful as I believe it is due to the same issue. Thank you for any help or direction.
