Not Getting Certain Emails

Hi, for the last several months I have not been receiving some e-mails that used to come through with no problem. I am not being told that the e-mails are bouncing back so they must be on the Comcast server. Is this being caused by the anti-spam software and is there anything you can do about sending the onese that have gotten stuck. Thanks.

Call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue for that sender's domain----------------
