@brunozzilinda please PM me the details of the emails you are seeing delivered as spam that should not be. I have also started looking into the outbound issue - ill have a fix in place shortly, but do see quite a few emails that did send out, but as spam - so any emails you sent would likely be in the recipients spam box.
This is a business account and everyone associated with account is having the same problem.
@brunozzilinda since you mentioned it, please be aware that comcast.net is a residential emailing platform not designed for business practices. If you continue to use the comcast.net email platform for business practices please ensure you are following all business guidelines for email including the Can Spam Act. The likely issue is that the emails have common phrases and content that are seen in phishing/scam emails that are sent to/from our platform. (ex: "Invoice", "here is your file", "see attached", "IMPORTANT", "CONFIDENTIAL" etc.). These types of phishing/scam emails often imitate businesses, companies, and institutions. Hence why its very easy to get yourself spam blocked due to sending similar business natured emails. Generally its recommended to use a business oriented domain/email service to better fulfill business needs and stability.
