I have been calling amazon and trying to get this problem solved for 7 days. I have tried everything they have asked and waited for call backs. They had me call comcast about filters and we could not find anything that would stop amazon from getting through. I am so frustrated.

Try calling Comcast security. They are the folks who can help with this kind of issue. Amazon is one of the perennial problem children among commercial emailers-----------------

We moved to a state that does not have comcast, but we kept our email with them. Because we are not a customer they say they can not help me.

Open a Gmail account and then change your email address at Amazon. You can do this under your account at Amazon. Easier than hassling with this.
