No Emails received since 7-25

I have not received any emails since 7-25 where it appears a hack occurred into several comcast accounts. Now xfinity tier 2 support states they cannot assist even though I can access the account and sent emails from the account but not receive email. I no longer have a product acct with xfinity because I have moved where it is not offered but still keep the email account
Not sure why xfinity cannot look into my account and determine if items are being blacklisted and not being received. Xfiniry specifically states that an email account can be kept where specific rules are followed which they were. How can this be resolved
