Newegg claims Comcast is blocking emails from them

I was told Comcast is blocking emails from Newegg which contain links or codes when I contacted their support team after not receiving a password reset request. How do I go about receiving that blocked email & how can I keep this sort of thing from happening again in the future?

Call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue for that sender's domain-------------
