NOT RECEIVING EMAILS

I'm not sure what is happening, but I have not received any emails since Monday 11/30/19. My mom just sent me a test email and I haven't received it. I sent an email to her and she received it just fine.

 

I need help ASAP please!

How are you accessing your email?  Try sending yourself a test message from some other non-Comcast account you have like Yahoo or Gmail.  Does it work OK?
