I have customers complaining that they cannot access my wesbite
one of my customer send me the following informaiton:
"I wanted to thank you again for all your help. Comcast came out this morning and said that the modem wasn't doing a proper update which led to not reading your company's characters/webpage correctly. They gave us a new modem and we are good to go!! "
this customer is located in : Olathe, KS 66062
I'm in florida and my Business account and personal account works fine accessing my website
i would like for someone to tell what does this mean and how can i get everyone to work, this is affecting my business.
