I have not gotten ANY OF MY NEW EMAILS SINCE 6/8/2020.Have called for help NO ONE KNOWS WHY. I WANT A DISCOUNT I am paying for services I I'm NOT GETTING Get this fixed my patience is wearing thin.
You're not paying anything for email - it's a freebie. If it's not a line item on your bill, you don't pay for it.
Are you using webmail or an email client, and if the latter which one? Are you getting any error messages? If so, what exactly are they?
