My Comcast Account
I got an email with a subject line of My Comcast Account. The email said they were holding several emails due to the upgrade in internet service and to sign in to get them. Well since i am already signed in why should i have to sign in again and I haven't. Is this a legit email from Comcast. The address that the email is from is notification@comcastcommunity.gd.com. Since you can't get a customer service agent who can speak English why bother to call them.

No, the address in not valid. If you can check the message in webmail, look for the Xfinity Verified logo -- see https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/comcast-verified-email. Any legitimate email from Comcast/Xfinity should have the logo when viewed at https://connect.xfinity.com/.
