Most of my incoming emails going to spam folder

Over the last few weeks most of my incoming emails are going to spam. I’m talking 100s in just the last few days. Even ones from safe senders. This was not happening a few weeks ago. I have spam filters now set to lowest & now junk mail I don’t want is getting through but not legitimate emails I want to see. How do I fix this?

I would love to dig further into this as I am reliant on my email for communication and I would be very frustrated should this happen to my incoming emails.
