Monthly Data Usage

Why does the "Monthly Data Usage" graph under "Internet Service" in "My Account" never contain any data when I look at it? You'd think I haven't been surfing or streaming at all. It's always empty.

You could be in an area where there are no caps.

FWIW I am in Pennsylvania where no " data usage plans" (caps) are in effect, but I still have a bar graph and table showing usage under "Data Usage Overview" on the My Account /  Devices page.
