What type of device and browser or app are you using to access your email?
I don't use Chrome so I can't speak from experience. See if this video helps. If not, I'm sure someone else here will be able to help you.

My problem though is not related to Chrome/Google web pages. It is specifically in relation to my email in Xfinity.
So, I wonder if you might have suggestions in that area...? If the video that you sent would extend it's "fixes" to my problem, would you please include the link that you entered in the Chrome page that you demonstrated within?
I opened my email in Chrome and it was fine. Try opening yours in a different browser, and see if the scroll bar appears.
I tried Internet Explorer and the scroll bar was still not there....
When I open individual emails, I can scroll up and down within them. So, I guess I'll leave it at that.
