My folders used to appear on the left column. They are missing/not showing up. These folders hold very important information. I need them back. I don't know what is wrong. I really need those folders and some big time help!
How are you accessing email? On the web site? Which browser are you using? Using Chrome or MS Edge on my desktop and accessing https://connect.xfinity.com there is a 'Show Folders' and 'Hide Folders' selection at the bottom left of the screen:
