Mail Settings

I am having trouble with accessing my emai on my cell phonel.  I get an error stating:  Veerify that you have enterted the correct account information imap.comcast.net in mail settings.  I don't know how to do that.  Can someone help me?  Thank you in advance for any assistance.

What make/model cell phone are you using?  How are you trying to access email on the phone?  Are you using the Xfinity Connect app or the web site access via a browser?  Does your access to email work properly when using a PC/laptop/tablet and a browser?
